Took great care of us during our extended stay during the global IT outage. Even though they were affected by it as well the staff worked through their plan C to get everyone checked into their rooms. During our extended stay we had several meals in the restaurant which was also a great experience. Not your typical hotel food. Nina took great care of us at breakfast and made it a great start to our day.
The weekend of 6/15/24- we did not have use of the pool. The hotel lists this as an accommodation. There should be a discount to the room if this is not available. They did make it available for us to go to another hotel but your key card will not work there. Also, the toilets are very low. Otherwise, this is a great hotel. The staff was great and it was clean. Location was good for us.
Within the same week due to American canceling my both my flights I had to stay overnight twice at this hotel. This is a wonderful venue, great rooms, clean and well appointed, excellent staff and tasty food. The outdoor seating area is lovely with very nice patio furniture and chairs and the pool is nice as well. It was really great to be able to sit outside after being stuck at the airport with a glass of wine (a very good wine list too who knew?). As I mentioned the staff here is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel; they made what was twice in one week an awful experience with American into a pleasant experience. Thank you, team Hilton! You all are amazing!
The hotel was good, rooms are clean, service was great. I like that the location is close to the Airport. One thing that I personally didn't like is that I was not able to close the black out curtains. During the night, the parking lot light came through and made the room very light. I love sleeping in complete darkness. But that's really the only thing. All in all, great Hotel.
We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for a quick sleep during a layover. Shuttle to pick up with super prompt, check in was quick and smooth, room was great and the dinner menu was great. In the morning our shuttle back to the airport was right on time and got us to airport quickly. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again!
