We had a great stay! We plan to stay here again next time we are in the area. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Lots of hot water for a nice long hot shower after a day of traveling.
The rooms were okay at best. For the fee being charged for the rooms you would think free breakfast would be included. The main issue I had is with that lady Paula that works the front desk. She’s trash. She will quote you a fee for a room and when you checkout it will be a lot more. She will then lie straight to your face and try to convince you she told you beforehand what the total price would be. I would stay at the property again as long I don’t have to deal with that piece of garbage.
I’m done with Hilton properties and their $75 non refundable deposit for my well trained, hypoallergenic doodle. Being an honors member really doesn’t get anything, the points aren’t that great, and I can get the same room rates with my AAA card. This particular location was nicer than most but the AC in my $200 room didn’t work and the body wash and conditioners were both empty.
Everything turned out okay. I stay about 25 hotel nights a year. Price - 30,000 points did not seem like a great value for this hotel. Could use some cleaning. One of the elevators was broken. My shower magically put down the water outside of the shower. Breakfast not included Overall it kind of seems like the entire town ARDMORE it's kind of a dump, and if possible maybe just skip ARDMORE. I would probably skip Hilton garden inn chain in general, and find a holiday in express. In general Holiday inn Express is cleaner, cheaper, better food, softer beds, nicer shower, friendlier employees...
Agree with everyone else's negative review about this location. Just checked out this morning 5:30 AM got home @ 9:30 and saw 3 charges for that breakfast buffet. Are you serious. $12.95 . I really didn't want to rate the service a 3 star cause the frt. end ladies were super nice but guess i need to ask @ every Hilton if breakfast is a upcharge. Should have known when you have to put your name and room for plastic utensils.
