For some reason, Google maps showed a 1 star review. Nothing could be further from the truth. This hotel is a very comfortable hotel with an amazingly friendly staff. The place is always extremely clean and cozy. I highly recommend it for a comfortable, quiet and relaxing space to stay while you visit the Allentown/Bethlehem area.

At first impression I would have rated this hotel five stars, but encountered some issues during my recent two night stay. There was an issue where the hot water was out for an extremely long time (8+ hours) at a time when hotel guests needed to get ready for the day. Though I understand that problems happen, this was a very long time to be without hot water (and a shower) with no explanation or apology. Too, I had reserved the fitness center for an 8am Sunday time slot (due to Covid restrictions) and 5 minutes after being in the gym, the same front desk associate let three other people into the gym. For a small, unventilated space, this was not safe nor did it respect the reservation I had made the night before. Many employees not properly wearing masks in public spaces including front desk attendants and kitchen staff who are taking breaks in the lobby. Lots of mold in the bathroom of my room, no hook for towels, deep cleaning not performed, and other generic hotel room related issues. On the positive side, the hotel lobby is very nice, the staff is (mostly) very friendly, and the breakfast was made to order and very good. Beds are comfortable and the location is close to everything you might need (restaurants, coffee, grocery stores). I would return to this property in the future, but they have a lot of details to fix before becoming my first choice

The place looks great and clean. Staff is friendly and professional. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about wafer thin walls. We did have bad neighbors and the music that they were blasting was cut off by security after a call so that was good. However, just being able to hear their conversations and more left my wife and I feeling like we could not have normal conversations ourselves. Sorry to say but I will never come back to this location. I typically do enjoy the chain and will be looking for other locations.

You’re better off staying at the red roof inn down the road, which is where we normally stay but decided to try this place since it’s more expensive figured it’d be better. Guess again!! There was a meth pipe hidden in the sheets under the mattress. Also I have a 7 month old baby so I’m not pleased That’s never even happened to us at a cheap motel. Just disgusted
