Don’t stay here. The room were full of dust. The white thin dust was everywhere in the room. The shower head was lose it. Almost $500 for one night, for it? The telephone didn’t work, and the crew appears to be stressed when they talk with you. My flight was canceled and I chose the nearest hotel of the airport, but I regret it. It looks so fancy and expensive, but it’s not worth at all. The most important thing for me in a hotel is how clean is, and I would give 0 stars. I did stay at Embassy Suites Logan Airport, and there the cleanliness is 10 stars!
Bed bugs! Stayed on 6/29/24 in room 950, while I was sleeping my right ankle was bitten several times by bed bugs in the mattress. The next morning the bites became blisters. I took pictures which I’m including with this post. The hotel transferred me to another room and then proceeded to cover up the incident and now they deny they have bed bugs. It would be interesting if that room is still available or its not due to their isolation protocol. When I got home, I went to a doctor and had the bites verified that they were from bed bugs.
Booked a room at the front desk & we were given a lower rate that what was offered online! A little confusing to find from the airport, but ending up being only a 8 min walk to our terminal. They also offer airport shuttles. Stunning views of Boston skyline. Good food options for travelers!
I was there for a convention at the hotel. Parking was pretty good, nice quick walk to the hotel. Breakfast was mini croissants, mini muffins, scrambled eggs, some blueberries, pineapple and melons, and OJ. Not sure if that’s normal but not “full” like it says not great value. The carpet in my room had not been fully vacuumed. I found food chunks and crumbs and hair on and around the chair. The duvet was between 2 flat sheets and the normal fitted sheet was also a flat sheet. It was super weird but too tired and busy to complain. The shower gel was empty. I called for a replacement and that was quick at least. They had tightened the handle for the shower so incredibly much I almost broke a nail and almost had to call for someone to help. Bed and pillows comfortable. I loved the pool and jacuzzi, had it to myself all 3 days. Nice fitness centre too. Good stay but the cleanliness is definitely not there and should be when you’re paying good money.
Price gouging. With tax, 700+, a night for a room. This isn’t Paris it’s Boston! I have stayed at Hiltons near airports in the past. It is very convenient but never this expensive. If you are stuck at an airport due to weather and flight cancellations, consider other options. Slamming doors, noisy neighbors, kids playing in the halls, yikes. There really should be a class action suit brought against Hilton.
