Booked a full size car 7 months in advance for the week in Alaska. Ended up with a Toyota Corolla. Not impressed by any means. They just handed keys to me and didn't even tell me what car I was getting or I would have told them I didn't want it. Won't rent from them again.

Waiting for 1.5 hours to get cars. Only one person at the counter, not providing meaningful updates. Avoid and rent elsewhere.

Stay away from this place they added insurance to my bill for 3/4 of the price of the rental then expected me to drive 4 hours each way for them to fix it on my 4 day vacation this is how you treat disabled combat vets you should be ashamed of yourself. The lady i dealt with sherri i belive her name was is incredibly two faced and rude on the phone and hung up on me as well. Unfortunately I can't give them less stars you should not be in bussiness with this kind of attitude toward your customers I will never rent anything from hertz ever again.
