My 1st experience with Hertz was EXCELLENT!!! Trey was very friendly and his personality is incredible!! I will definitely without a doubt return and I will recommend Hertz to my friends and family in case they need or want to rent a car. THANKS TREY, YOU’RE THE BEST!!!

My fiance hit something in our van it's 5 this morning. Been trying to track down everybody to get things taken care of to put her with some Transportation as soon as possible. Hertz at the airport does not do insurance claims Hertz on Washington Road did not have any cars was waiting would be later on tonight. But thanks to Superman tray at the Aiken satellite office he was able to put my fiance back in a van just like the one that she crashed long before tonight. Trey is a great guy wish y'all had three more just like him.

They were the only ones who had a car for one way trip that allowed the use of a debit card. The entire car rental business is a scam with way too many hurdles to jump through for an honest person trying to make their way from one state to another. I'm just thankful that they had the one tiny car they did. Unfortunately the number you call is never the business location and you have to know what to press in the menus to get transferred to the store you want to talk to. Otherwise, they will tell you they have fleets of vehicles available, until you are about to pick up the car that is. Then they will call you and tell you that they have no inventory. They will lie to you to get you dependent on them, and then try and put you in a vehicle you dont want to rent, if any at all.
