HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Make sure you take all your belongings. I live in NYC and left my Driver's license on the desk. Called their office to see if they would be able to mail it and the excise was they can't mail out anything Due to COVID-19. Like for real? Are you a freaking human?, That you can't simply mail my Driver's license back to me? Making things more difficult in these times.

First time ever visiting the airport and couldn't get rent a vehicle they had no cars from Friday-Sunday morning. But they are always fast n accommodating. Staff is friendly and vehicles are clean. They have a large variety of vehicles.

Still waiting for my car to pick me up. Made a reservation through my insurance company two days ago. When you call you’re just forwarded to a automated line that says they are busy and to go online. Waited on hold three times for them to tell me They don’t see a reservation and to try to connect me to a store that brought me back to the same phone line as before. RIDICULOUS

Reserved car on hertz phone, got disconnected, so had to do it twice. Agent at airport rental desk, a young lady, could not find any record of the reservation in her computer, so wasted a half hour of my time doing a new reservation. Rate went from 137 to 181 in her view, but when informed a AAA discount was part of it, she redid it and came up with 137. Her attitude was irritated and irritating and her smirk when she misdirected me to the car (not out the double doors) and to the bathrooms at the far opposite end of the building from the cars to both of which I carried my non-wheeled luggage - was itself an annoyance. Car was fine. Ending in NY was much better, friendly guy. If I could find a competitor to provide the rental I needed, I would. Probably a hedge fund has bought out Hertz and stripped it down to bare bones to maximize their investment profit, a widespread disease in corporate America.
