We couldn't find a small SUV anywhere. Two different places had no cars after we even had a reservation number. We explained our situation. Our agent Yolanda was the best .She was helpful,smiling and got us what we needed .It all worked perfectly. We are very appreciative of her customer service

My experience with Hertz Waco(Airport) was awesome!! The Manager Shawn was very professional and made it a stress free experience! I very please with his customer service and the car rented to me was excellent and clean inside and out!!! I strongly recommend Hertz Car Rental (Waco-Airport)Tx.?

I find it very unusual that an airport rental car facility closes before the last flight gets in? It really hurts the airport. You would be better off flying into DFW and getting a car then driving to WACO. That cuts down on the number of passengers going to Waco, but If you arrive on the last flight you really don't have any other choice.

I am so grateful to the Waco airport Hertz representative. My flight arrived after 6:30 pm on May 21, 2019. The representative for another rental company had left and I was stranded. Hertz's rep. made sure I had a car. Sorry I didn't get his name. Thank him for me, please.
