Kindra went above and beyond to have our car rental experience first class. Our cars were delivered to Overland Avation ready and waiting. Just a quick signature and pickup the keys. She followed up later that day to make sure everything was good. She was very knowledgeable and super kind. We appreciated all her help. Great job Kindra! 5 stars for this girl!

I’ve always had a great experience with this Hertz location. Accommodating, friendly, and they’ve given me multiple rides to the vehicle lot when the winter weather is bad.

I don't usually review company's but this is absolutely the worst car rental place I've dealt with and hopefully this will help others avoid a similar experience. Don't use Hertz if renting or returning through their Williston, North Dakota location, they're absolutely criminal. I was double billed 2 days for a 3 hour car rental. Car was rented in Minot, ND, drove straight to Williston, ND then used the key drop because their staff were nonexistent during business hours. The price was very steep to begin with, $240 for a 1 day rental with their lowest priced car (2019 Toyota Corolla). They billed $480, i had to call and get the charges reversed. It's been 3 days and they still haven't credited back $240 to the credit card i used. Staff are never on location at the Williston Airport office. Absolute worst car rental experience I've had. I've never had problems with Avis or Enterprise at the Williston, ND airport locations. Update 9/29: charges were reversed, took 4 days to credit the money back to my credit card. Lesson learned if you're going to use Hertz, rent out of Minot, ND, and return the vehicle to Minot, ND.

This Hertz is adequate for a small airport, but certainly not the best location I've been to. Checking out the car went smoothly enough. There's a small selection and the car I got was pretty dirty, but that didn't bother me too much. I returned it in the middle of the day on a weekday and nobody was manning the booth. I eventually found some guys at their little car wash and was told to just drop off my keys and paperwork in the drop box. In the end I was billed for the expected amount, so I have no substantial complaints from my experience.

I prepaid paid for a vehicle one month prior to my trip and upon returning the vehicle the day it was due back I was charged the full price again. I will be filing a formal complaint with Hertz headquarters. When I tried contacting the Williston office countless times, nobody answers the phone or returns my calls. These people will scam you out of money!!!
