Rented a car here last week. Got there to turn the car in at 7:15 on the morning I was set to return it. Dropped the keys in the drop box because they were not open yet but then was charged for an extra day because return time was put at 6:00 p.m. that evening. My card was charged and extra $100 because they didn't check the box when they got there that morning so I guess they can just put whatever time they check the box for keys. Called Hertz to dispute the time and was told to call back in 5 to 7 business days and they would "check into it." Go to the Hertz on Waco drive because website says 7: 30 and even though the front door was unlocked, I walk in to be told they don't open until 8:00 now. Apparently their employees didn't know that either because they were all standing at the front door knocking after she locked it when I walked out.

Jaycee has renewed my faith that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is not a thing of the past. She went o er and beyond to make a bad experience better. We needed a car and they were overbooked. However a last minute cancelation came in and she made sure we were taken care of. Hertz needs to know that afents like her are the only reason I still do business with them. Please if you reserve online, know that you may not get a car, they are almost always overbooked, but the agents in the store are not responsible. They have ZERO control over online bookings. Please be pleaseant to these agents and they will do everything they can to mke your experience better. Thank you Jaycee.

I carried out my booking online and selected a noon pickup. I arrived at the Waco location, only to be told that they did not have a car available. The staff at this location did not contact me regarding their lack of inventory in spite of what the website claimed was available. I didn’t think anything more of it, as thankfully I was able to take my business elsewhere … to Enterprise where I had the most wonderful and seamless experience with vehicle provision and excellent customer care from start to finish. I was willing to put the entire Hertz related debacle behind me with no intention of utitlizing this business again, only to find that I was charged a “no show” fee! This issue has clearly not been addressed amongst staff because another lady had a similar experience and expressed it via another review. Definitely adds insult to injury in relation to my experience overall.

Nice place convenient, very busy when I picked up my car last time so the outside wasn't washed or cleaned at all. Still had trash in the inside. I know they're busy so I understand.

I rented a vehicle and showed up to pick it up, they told me they didn't have any vehicles available. I couldn't stress enough that I didn't want to be charged and was reassured that I wouldn't because they didn't have any availability. I am now being charged for the "noshow" fee. So irritating and I now have to claim a dispute with my card to get refunded for a vehicle that they couldn't provide to me.
