Dishonest management staff. Put full tank in rental agreement and only gave me the car at 3/4. Brought it to their attention and did not fix it. Referred me to 1-800 number. Typical people not doing their job.

Cantina have great customer service. She's a fast worker and she answered for us whenever we called. Our car wasn't cleaned but when we took it back we cleaned it before returning it. Catrina reimbursed us for cleaning fee. She's very easy to work with and she have a great attitude. I will definitely refer her to anyone. We a camry for 3 days. 100% worst business I've ever dealt with 100% would NEVER recommend to a friend... not even someone I hated. 100% rudest customer service I've ever experienced. (Employee Amanda) Hertz called me several times to make sure I would be at the shop on time so that their driver could pick me up and bring me to the office to get the rental car and do paper work... the exact words were" the driver will not wait on you! So you need to be there on time" .... yet I ended up having to wait an hour on their driver!!!! I had a scheduled time of when and where the person was supposed to come get me, so there is no excuse that the driver was an hour late especially when they called and told me the driver was on the way an hour prior to the time they were scheduled to be there.... then my driver decided he needed a coffee so we had to make an unscheduled stop while I the customer had to wait for the driver to get his coffee at McDonald's (car off with windows up). When we finally arrived In Albany I had the worst experience of my life. Employee was so rude and disrespectful, when it was clear how upset I was, the employee did nothing to help, or fix the situation.... on top of that I'm not happy with the quality of the car I received..... overall terrible experience

I've never had the unprofessional experience that I had this morning with your agency anywhere. I set up a truck rental 2 weeks in advance and was told I would receive a call when it was ready. I went this morning to get it and was told it would be after noon today before I could get it. The staff never called back or answered my calls or the insurance company's calls as well. I would rather walk in the heat than be treated like this. The staff you have in Albany Georgia are lazy and disrespectful. Never would I recommend you for anything.

Although it was hard for phone calls to go through to Hertz, the overall experience was good. They worked great with me as I requested quite a few rental extensions due to the body shop taking a while on my vehicle. I'd recommend this rental company to family & friends. 👍🏽 They just gotta find a way to allow calls to go through.
