Traveling solo was a bit intimidating especially with so many very large bags. But, the customer service Hertz provided was impeccable and made what started as an anxious trip to an extremely smooth one. The desk staff was kind and knowledgeable. The EV vehicle was beautiful and had a battery that lasted a full day. Moh and a coworker at drop off were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport with ease and with all 6 of my bags haha. Thank you Hertz!

Hertz is my #1 for over 30 years. The gold service and president circle make it worth while. For the first time I had an ev and it was great only issue was it wasn’t fully charged but I had enough for my day. A Subaru with ev was great and made it easy to pick up my guest.

This was the easiest car rental to date. I arrived at Seattle Tacoma international airport at the south terminal. They were buses that were coming frequently to take to Hertz car rental location. The bus ride from the terminal to the car rental varies on the traffic at the airport so planned for at least a 10 minute transportation time upon arriving there are two checkout counters or two checking counters, one for gold and president which is on the third floor and then the main floor has a regular check in, going to the third-floor I was able to check in really easy they gave me my rental agreement and recognize my president status. He done instructed me to go to the president circle parking lot and choose any car in the Hertz section. I selected my car and the keys were already in the car at all. The cars are recently washed. I was able to load my luggage easily and I followed the arrows to check out. They scanned the car on your way out. On the way to return there was traffic, so I called Hertz and I was informed that as long as I return it within the 29th minute after my return time, my return time was 10 AM so if I returned it before 10:29 AM, I would not be charged an extra hour I arrived at 10:23. It was easy, the voice scan the car, kind of like a tool to recognize the arrival at Hertz car rental return I was directed to pull in and park and to leave the keys in the car easy I unloaded my luggage and I did not have to make any other contact and was able to , take the bus from the car rental location to Seattle Tacoma airport with such a breeze. The traffic again depends on the car traffic getting to the airport this time. It was about 12 minutes and I was able to get to security with a breeze. Hertz made this an experience Stress-free and has now obtained a loyal customer due to the low stress environment of renting a car.

Terrible experience at this Hertz. That Indian lady really needs a lesson in customer service. She is downright rude and y’all have previous reviews of her same behavior! Shame! I ended up getting back in line and working with David who was excellent in solving our problem and getting us in the vehicle quickly.

Absolutely atrocious service at this location!!! They did not reserve our vehicle and supposedly called us 2 hours before the appointment to inform us that it wasn't available. The supposed call was made while we were in the air flying which would've made it impossible to speak. The front desk was not only rude, but disrespectful and does not even warrant the single star that's on here. The lack of professionalism and communication was apparent. No alternative was given when it was a mistake on their end and the whole rental was paid ahead of time. We should've been offered another vehicle at the very least but instead the refusal to return our money was their only option. This corrupt behavior seems very illegal and there was no accountability. This whole team needs to be replaced with people who will honor their policies and organize themselves better for people traveling. The eyes rolling back and consistent interrupting when I or anyone else in my party was speaking is a whole new level of crude behavior. Do better, and don't think there's no consequences for scamming!
