Don't let some of the reviews on here scare you off. The staff (particularly the lady at the Gold counter - Tonja?) were exceptional and the car itself was in good condition. Waiting times were basically nonexistent and returning the car was a breeze. Would recommend!

Always a great experience here in Philadelphia. This visit we were greeted at the Gold counter by Rayshona. Since our name was not on the board, she properly retrieved a very nice vehicle for us. Great customer service with a radiant smile. Thank you ma’am.

We paid for the car rental in full through check24. After I returned the car, they charged an additional $444 to my credit card because they said I agreed to pay a daily rate for easy pass (which I did not). I asked he lady to confirm to me that nothing additional would be charged to my card and she confirmed. I only drove on the turnpike twice which should have amounted to about $15 in fees. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes the customer service lady insisted I agreed to pay a daily easy pass rate which amounted to $444. She then hung up on me. The customer service website is down. There is no way to reach anyone to resolve this. Would give 0 stars if possible. HORRIBLE

Online Reservations makes Everything Smoooooother. For Check In, Give representative your Driver's License & Card (Used for Booking Reservation). Hertz rep will tell you to pick your vehicle out & drive to Exit gate. Make sure to Take pictures (at ALL angles). Give your license to Exit gate Rep. Smooth Process. Everyone's experience is Different.

The manager Cooper is so friendly. He came out of his scope and helped us. I will prefer hertz over others.
