I've rented from the Oxford location a few times. I've only had an issue this one time. Not gonna go into details but the issue was resolved by a work Keturai who was very nice and professional and also the branch manager Tykeysa. I appreciate you ladies for handling my situation when I booked and also returned the vehicle. Very professional and understanding of my situation. I will be renting from yal all again despite the issue that wasn't your fault. But it was handled in a very timely and professional way. Thank you ladies.

I was traveling to see my daughter, her family and newest granddaughter and Atlanta Hartsfield Hertz car rental totally screwed me and left me stranded at the airport without a car. I ended up having to take an Uber to my daughter’s house in Alabama. The next day I booked with Hertz in Oxford, AL. I was so pleased with the outstanding service and would totally recommend this location. Angela is AMAZING and went above and beyond what was required of her. I hope they give her a big raise because she is a valuable asset for this company and they would be at a loss if they lost her.

With the Nissan kicks it's just point and drive. The safety features are abundant and truly remarkable advancements.

This hertz is inside the AAA. That is important because there is no key drop or after hours and hertz is only opened when the AAA is opened. The staff was friendly but they seemed to have only a few rental cars.
