This is picture illustrates the service after the rental you will receive after taking the vehicle. The car was not in good working order and upon return their offer was to take $25 off the rental. Think 5.5 hours of driving in the Oklahoma heat with no air conditioner. Rent with caution and don’t believe anything they say about making it right.

This was my first experience renting, and was unaware of the rules when filling the tank before returning the vehicle. The guy who got me the car failed to inform me that they charge $10 per gallon if you do not refill the tank. He did not mention this until I was there returning the car. I told him I was unaware and could go fill it quickly to avoid unnecessary charges. He told me it was too late as the vehicle was “already in their possession” when I just got there. Definitely will not go back! Inform your customers better! Not all of us have rented before.

Its unfortunate that anyone had a bad experience here. I am happy to say that I had a fantastic experience with this location. I got all the information I needed upfront to make the pickup go smoothly. I was told to bring the car back clean and gas filled up so I wouldn't get charged. I knew what to expect from start to finish and everything was great. The car was what I planned for. Very nice and clean. I would like to highlight the manager Sandie Wood, who was the person I met with at pickup and drop off, was a complete doll. Exceptional in every way you would expect.

Hard to get to answer the phone. Charged my card 2 separate times other than the $50 deposit when the rental was to be covered by insurance. Annoyed. I prefer enterprise and have never had issues with them.

Just rented a car and returned it early on 2/07/24. We were told we would be receiving some of our money back for the days we had already paid for, and instead they have taken an additional $400 from my bank account. In this economy, they cannot be making mistakes like this. This is absolutely unacceptable
