I prepaid for a rental to pick up at the end of April. Went to pick up said rental and she said I couldn't because my card didn't have a chip in it. She said she would try to do it manually and charged my card $371 and then said I don't know what happened but it didn't go through. I showed her that it instantly took the money out of my account. She said I'm sorry there's nothing I can do unless you put another $371 in the account and I can try again. I told her I wouldn't do that. I canceled the reservation and went to enterprise where I had no issues at all. I still have not received my money back and when I called customer service they said they had already given the money back and there was nothing to discuss. Almost a month later and i STILL HAVE NO REFUND. Do better. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. This is the 3rd time I've had issues with them.

Very friendly rented a car last weekend. I didn't have a credit card 💳 they let me use my check debit card with a deposit of course . They put the deposit back into my card the next day after returning the car the way I picked it up of course. Friendly place.

The staff at Hertz was super friendly and provided a rental while my daughters car was being worked on. I would certainly recommend this Hertz location!!

Always a pleasure renting here. Cars are clean, and service is fast. Excellent staff.

These ladies running this place is amazing! I had a 15 min break today and they got my rental ready to go and I was able to get back to work on time!!! AWESOME customer service :)
