Get this local office some staffing help! I rent cars frequently, booked through my company booking agent, and am usually very pleased. However, when needing to modify or urgently amend reservations by calling the local office, I am put on hold very for extended times. I am literally writing this review as I am on hold, totaling in excess of 40minutes waiting this morning! When I can get to the staff, they are great and do a wonderful job in supporting my business, they just need some more help.

This place is really prejudice my daughter had an interview there with these people. They didn’t acknowledge her. They wouldn’t give her an interview that was set up at 10:30 and they wouldn’t even help her or get the correct number that she can call someone now I understand why they never have employees.

Somewhat surprised to read the negative reviews on here after my experience, as mine have been positive. I rented through this Hertz twice in 2023. I dealt with both CJ and Mitch, both of whom I appreciated working with. Rates were exactly as anticipated and I got a car that worked very well for me both times without any kind of hassle. I will definitely prioritize renting from Hertz for my future needs. Will reccomend to others as well.

Your experience will depend a lot on who happened to be working there at the time of renting. I was fortunate enough to get a nice employee once, and the other agents made the comments like, "oh the car you are supposed to get is not vacuumed, it's still better than my car so it will be fine". I've had cars with a "maintenance required" indicator and the other time with a chipped windshield. Almost nobody actually knows how to modify the reservation and suggest you to call the customer care only for us to wait on hold for 15 minutes to listen "your local hertz rental place should be able to do it". I had one staff member telling me they don't have any cars, only for other to correct her and say, "we have plenty just sitting on the lot." This rating is not fair to that one super awesome and knowledgeable employee, but it is what it is.

Terrible experience. Reserved a 7 passenger SUV, when I arrived to pick it up they did not have one and told me I would be getting a mini van. Obviously better than nothing, but definitely not what I reserved. There was no apology, nothing. In fact the only thing he said was “well it’s bigger than an SUV” and basically implied it was better than nothing. Unless you’re renting last minute with no reservation, it shouldn’t be a “take what you can get” situation, and I would like to get what I’m paying for.
