I love everything about renting a vehicle from this Hertz rental car center at Athens-Ben Epps airport in Athens, Georgia. The staff went out of their way with personable service at a great rate. It is so easy to navigate the entire process from start to finish.

Wonderful experience renting cars from them the last few times. I rent from them often and the manager is great. Cars are all newer and they take great care of you. I recommend them strongly. My car is always ready for me when I come to pick up.

Hertz did a fantastic job on our rental! They had the vehicle waiting for us at the body shop and worked directly with the insurance company. Courtney did a great job making sure everything was up to date and processed properly.

Worst rental service ever! They will double and triple charge you. They won’t maintain records of it. They will say they are repaying you back, and they never will. Even after submitting bank statements, they will still drag their feet. We have been trying to get reimbursed for several months now. Do NOT use them if you wish to have a wallet to hold afterward! We also had tried to buy a vehicle through the car sales team prior to this. They lied repeatedly to us about getting it ready, and they even said it was ready to come pick up. We come that morning, and surprise it was a farce. No van was there suddenly. Imagine that! We finally got fed up and said forget it.
