Had a smooth experience with my rental. Uploaded my information ahead, so I didn't even have to go to the desk. Got a message 30 mins before scheduled pickup that car was in numbered spot and that keys were in it. Return was just as easy, I was greeted immediately, and the employee took the keys, pointed me towards the shuttle to the terminal, and that was it. I am extremely pleased with my experience!

Just do not use this company, even if its free honestly. Use any other rental company, or walk. I think you will have a better time. I used the sign in to skip the line, I still needed to use the line to get a car reserved because they didn't have it in stock or cleaned I guess? Waited probably a good hour in line to talk to someone, still needed to do the counter process anyway, and got told to wait another 30 mins. So far I'm an hour into my 30 minute wait. As well as a LOT of others. If I upgraded vehicles for $30+ a DAY they "have a vehicle ready". Such a waste of time and a literal scam. The building here barely has their AC on too so it's also hot and sticky. I'll update my review after I get my car and how that experience was after as well. Edit: Still waiting for a car I got here and checked in at 1:45, reservation was 2pm. It is now 4:15pm. If I could get a refund and go elsewhere I would have been by now. DO NOT USE AND DO NOT PREPAY.

Subpar customer service and car pick up experience. The customer service agent messed up my reservation and gave me someone else’s reservation. Never apologized for the mistake and kept me waiting to pick up my vehicle. The online check in barcode on display when you arrive that’s supposed to have you skip the counter doesn’t work. After scanning the code and uploading my drivers license it sent me and others right back to the line. Complete waste of time.

Horrible experience. They don’t have enough cars or staff. My reservation (presidents club) went all wrong. The wait at the counter was 1 hour. I reserved a Tesla. Was given a toyota carolla and told if I wanted the car I reserved I had to get back in line. Took the car and the next morning car wouldn’t start. Towed back to hertz. Hertz roadside insisted I go with tow truck driver for a new car. I refused as I had more business meetings. The car should never have been rented. Both sets of keys were in the car. That’s an indication of a problem car. Hertz told me they would reimburse Uber. They refused and offered $50. Making the cost of rental an additional $100 Update. Hertz refused to refund any $. Not even the promised Uber. Asked For supervisor and as expected none are available and I never received a call back.

I've been renting from Hertz for years this was my first bad experience. My encounter with one agent today left me upset and her customer service disappointing. Instead of her helping me with what she was supposed to be trained to do she dismissed me and I requested a manager who wasn't any better. By the time she got to me after I told her I was next to be seen and she took people that came after me, someone had almost taken the car reserved for me. The guy apologized and said the manager said it was available. I feel they should be retrained and learn how to be fair with their customers
