The staff were nice, but it sucks they only accept credit cards for renting certain vehicle types. Because of the payment delay on our credit card, we were not able to get our rental. So, we was willing to pay directly out for it. We couldnt, because "only credit cards are allowed for the rental of this size vehicle." I understand the purpose of the credit card is for security and legal purposes, you want to basically guarantee the transaction, and you just dont wanna send out an expensive vehicle like that, but it is very inconvenient that a credit card transaction is the only way.
Arrived to pick up a rental and when I arrived the front desk lady asked if I was picking up or dropping off. When I told her I was dropping off she said give me a minute and walked outside to the parking lot to take pictures of a car while I waited 10 minutes. Then she tells me let me check if I have anything available. Excuse me I have reservations. She said not all vehicles can make a 1 way trip and the website where you make reservations can’t discern if there is a vehicle available to go 1 way. Very unprofessional. Don’t rent here ever.
Needed to make a customized booking so I called directly to make the reservation. Spoke with Bernadette and she was fantastic. Polite, Professional and Efficient. Thank you for the great customer service! That said, I only gave a 4 star because I called yesterday, left a voicemail and did not get a call back. Due to not being able to book yesterday, we ended up paying more for the rental.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I booked a reservation online for my sister to pick up today 10/5/2022 to drive to Tulsa, Oklahoma but now they suddenly don’t have a car available to do so!! Then why the hell did you allow me to make a reservation online in the first place!!!! You are a car rental place and in all my years renting a car you can pick up and drop off anywhere!!! Now my sister is stuck trying to find another place to rent a car that she can drop off in Tulsa once she gets home!! My advice to anyone else is don’t rent from this place ever!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND LEAVES PEOPLE STRANDED!!!
No hassle, uncomplicated car rental. Met our expectations and the whole process of reserving, picking up and dropping off was incredibly simple.
