If I could give zero stars for the JFK terminal 1 store, I would. I have never been treated with such complete disrespect and arrogant disregard by Hermès. The staff were rude and dismissive. The sales person was Max, who could not have been any more rude if he tried. I am a regular customer at the Greenwich CT store and always recieve amazing service from that team. Please coach your team at JFK in customer service and appreciation. To all potential customers of this store..."Steer well clear of this one." This store is a blemish on the amazing brand and image of Hermès.

Worst customer experience!!!!! I've never written a review before, but I have to this time. I went in on Thursday March, 16 around 10:30pm and the only lady who was working there was extremely rude. I was the second customer and asked for help, she said to wait then started helping the other customers who came in later. She kept giving me that ignorant attitude so I decided to leave and said 'thanks for your help' in a nice way, but she just ignored anyway. You better have customer training before selling your product.

If I can give a zero star, I would The lady didn’t even acknowledge us when my family walked in. She was just standing there, looking at the glass cabinet. When I asked inquired about an item, she immediately said NO. When I politely asked her again, she said NO WE DONT with an exclamation mark! The rudest SA I’ve ever met in my life. Hermes - let me give you an advice. You should FIRE that Asian lady in the morning of Fridays.

Walked in and not a single Hermès representative said hello. The three of them chatted and even when I walked by them directly they didn’t make a verbal or visual connection. I wanted to get a perfume for my daughter that I saw in Paris. I will go elsewhere.

The SAs are courteous and helpful but unfortunately the selection is limited. Hermes should swap their SA’s at JFK and Madison store. It’s a shame that a small airport shop provides a better service than a flagship store.
