I purchased Bernie Sander's latest book to read on a long stopover. It was fairly light reading so I finished it before the bording time for my next flight. When I tried to return it less than 11 hours later for the 50% refund they advertised they refused to help, so instead of buying another book to read on my flight I am writing this review. The two salesclerks I dealt with were pleasant but the manager was distinctly unhelpful. Hopefully he reads the book I left with him and gets more value than I did from his service. .

People were just nasty and rude, they sit on the counter when they ring people out
