This was the first time my fiancé and I checked out the place. We heard so many good things about it and decided to check it out. Nikki, the manager, was extremely phenomenal! Great customer service, delicious burgers, and by far the best burger joint atmosphere that we've ever been to. Our former burger joint was Cassells in Koreatown, but after trying Grim Em All, we found a new home. I strongly recommend it.

I went in and ordered a milkshake and fries. I watched the cook useouse histhis whole hand to open the bag meant for my fries without a glove. I asked the guy in the front to ask the cook to open a new bag without touching the inside. The cook then came up to the front to talk to me. I repeated my question and he stated that he can't put on a new glove and that if I don't want it I can have my money back. I said I don't want my money back I want my food I'm just asking you to open my fry bag without putting your whole ungloved hand inside. He said no you get your money back. I asked the cashier if I could have my milkshake and refund my money for the fries and the cook said no you get nothing. He gave me my money back and said bye and waved me off. The customer service is very lacking and the cook was very rude. I will NEVER go back there again! One would think that during the time of a pandemic you would take extra precaution and glove up but what would you expect he didn't even have his mask on his face.

The burger felt like it was made of meat you can get at a supermarket, and it was soooooo dry and overcooked. I got a really bad stomach ache from eating here.
