I had a regrettable encounter with Haslet Pharmacy that has left me deeply dissatisfied. Upon calling to inquire about a high-demand prescription before transferring my prescriptions from CVS, I was assured they could procure the medication. Despite providing comprehensive information, including my insurance details, the incompetence of the staff became evident when I discovered they failed to run my insurance correctly, resulting in the order not being placed due to its high cost. Regrettably, I was unable to follow up promptly as I was on a business trip. Upon confronting them about the oversight, they admitted their error, but by then, the medication was out of stock. This experience was a complete waste of my time and has led me to firmly decide against recommending Haslet Pharmacy. I will be retaining my business with more reliable, big-name retail pharmacies. Overall, a disappointing experience that has undermined my confidence in their services.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. The personal attention you get here is the exact opposite of my experience at the big box pharmacies I have dealt with in the past. Just today, the pharmacist stayed open late so that my daughter could get a strep/flu/covid test. If you are looking for a personal touch and incredible customer service, this is the place for you. They are quick to fill prescriptions, and you can reach out to them at any time for status. They also do simple diagnostic tests as well. I will use this place going forward for any service they offer.

My husband and I are thankful to have found our new pharmacy after moving here from out of state. Haslet Pharmacy always greet you with kindness and care. This can be hard to come by these days, so it really means a lot! Prescriptions are always ready promptly and they send you a text notification to let you know. Really conviennent. Thank you so much!

I called this morning to have a prescription filled. Due to the fact that my particular medication is in low supply and high demand they told me I would need to play $50. I have insurance but they specifically told me they wouldn’t submit it and that was price they were “giving” me. I normally pay $7 with insurance. Y’all are part of the problem. I will not be placing any prescriptions with haslet pharmacy.

I can’t express what a relief it is to come to Haslet Pharmacy from the ever-frustrating experience I had at CVS. The team at Haslet Pharmacy is kind, impeccable, and ever so patient with me as I transitioned my RXs over and had several new ones come in. It is such a rare experience this day and age to have access to the pharmacist in a meaningful, productive way. I am so thankful for Haslet Pharmacy and appreciate them going above and beyond for me. Truly feels like a boutique service when I was just a number at the big box place. Thank you!!!
