Harvest Market puts out circulars every week advertising "special" prices for products, but have none of some of the products advertised during the sale week. It might not be quite as bad if corporate policy allowed for rain checks on these items, however, they do not. This is in NO WAY the fault of individual stores' local employees, but shows that the corporate policy makers do not care if our local population take their business elsewhere. How sad.
