Each time I've attempted to pick up a prescription here I have left dissatisfied. The first time a year or so ago was due to rude pharmacy technicians. The second time was more recent and it was due to the pharmacist not being capable of communicating properly. Learn what the correct information that you are trained to know is and how to communicate that information clearly so that you're not wavering back and forth thinking you are stating correct info but verbally saying/agreeing to the opposite thing. At best, you are wasting the other person's time, and at worst, you might cause harm. Please take this into consideration instead of thinking you are correct about everything.

The pharmacist Faraz Khaleghi here is excellent, very professional, helpful, and caring. He always take time to explain medications clearly and make sure everything is done right. Highly recommend!

Employees don’t work at all. They don’t care about their patients. They just say wait! But never call me back and change their words. Don’t go here. Just go Walgreen right next building.
