I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy and the staff. I loathe Walgreens & CVS & how as a chronically ill patient I am treated as a 2nd class citizen. I started using HT pharmacy last year and the PharmD's (pharmacists), Elsa & Peyton, have been an incredibly helpful resource and part of my medical team. They help me navigate insurance, costs, pre-auths, and answer all my prescription questions. I no longer dread doing errands around managing my medications. And I don't have anxiety about not getting medication because there is always good communication and a "game plan" when we run into issues. When I call them on the phone, they immediately know who I am and are eager to help. I can't thank them enough & genuinely enjoy just stopping by to say "hello" when in the grocery store. It has that small town feel that I miss living in a city. I hope upper management sees this review & these women are acknowledged for their hard work. I recommend this pharmacy to all my family and friends in the area. 10/10

Wonderful pharmacy!! Pharmacist WILL and Staff Pharmacist ELSA are superior. They both are caring, very helpful and knowledgeable. The personal care they provide is unmatched in today’s healthcare environment. If you want personal care from your pharmacy…. This is the place!!! Thank you to WILL snd ELSA!!!

Prices for medication are great. Regretfully, the customer service of the male pharmacist is atrocious. He is short with customers, lacks compassion and has a terrible attitude. I switched when I moved from DC and now I am going back to the previous Harris Teeter in DC, which is entirely out of my way, to fill my prescriptions.

Not really surprised the bad customer service here unfortunately, pretty typical right from when you walk in the door you can tell the whole atmosphere immediately. Bought an item that was supposed to be 2 for $5 but supposedly the items "were in the wrong place". No apology, just a blank statement and they didnt call someone over to fix the items either.

Not a lot of organic products but they seem to be expanding. The subs are great for an inexpensive lunch. Be sure to get a VIC card to take advantage of the free sub promotion when you earn enough points.
