Consistently not on time & the food isn’t made with respect.. I like love the food but the service is absolutely horrible at this location. Management is a joke.. This burger looks nothing like the commercial, yet again another disappointment...
The food was not good at all. The lettuce hamburger wrap was way too small. Small hamburger was with 1 piece of lettuce. Very burnt and dry. My husband hamburger was burnt and dry the Orings were burnt and dry the fries were cold and burnt. It was not good at all. We were going to say something about it but the manager & staff were all cussing each other out. We did not want to get into a confrontation with them. The inside of the restaurant needs to be cleaned very nasty. We want our money back. The store needs to be closed.
Wasn't a bad experience, but it also wasn't a really good memorable experience. Memorable experiences being a person greeting you with "hey, or how are you" then repeating your total at the window vs your total at the window. Customer engagement matters, also it was a new employee. It's super important for them to be comfortable with engaging the customer and not build habits of just saying the total. Just a customer service suggestion. Food was good nothing burnt and ingredients tasted freshly cooked and hot.

Did not get the correct order 😕 the Sprite wasn't Sprite it was carbonated water very nasty. I'd order a Frisco breakfast sandwich. I got a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit instead. Only wanted the Frisco that's all. Won't be going back to that one again 😔😔😔😕😕😕😕
