First time trying, good and fresh food. Cheesesteak burger was excellent and fries were perfect. Chicken tenders were kinda small but still very good. Service was a little slow but it was late at night. Overall excellent experience

2 Stars for the FRESH and CRISPY chicken and zero star for the service. Thought to take quick snacks while was on my way to virginia. Went to drive thru and it took them almost 3 minutes to take the right order(chicken tenders and fries with garlic and cheese) and told me to pull forward and wait for food. I have to wait next 5 minutes for food. Chicken i received was preety fresh but fries didn't have garlic and cheese was not even slightly melted. Person who came to handover the food, didn't say anything not even reply my thanks 😏

If I could give you 0 star I would. The tables were dirty we looked for napkins but they was not any. The employee pants were hanging off his butt where you could see his underwear. Plus the same employee walked outside and saw the trash but left it there when he walked back inside. Plus we were giving a tray that had dried ketchup on the side. The employees there were complaining that they wanted to leave.

Traveling from PA to FL, and stopped in for breakfast. The staff were very polite. The manager was present and both helping and overseeing that everything ran smoothly. He seemed in charge, but not rude. Our order was fulfilled correctly, ready quickly, and served hot. Great experience.

Nasty nasty nasty. Traveling and stopped in for food before hitting the road for another 11 hours. Ordered food and sat down. Sandwich had ketchup and mustard. Asked for only mayo. Cashier verified what I said was on the ticket. Told guy making Sandwich that he made it wrong. He argued that it wasn't ketchup it was special start sauce. Asked her to have him remake it as she even saw that specific toppings were requested. He got mad and took his bare hands with the cleaning rag and placed my bun in the bun oven. Immediately Told the cashier I'm not comfortable eating a sandwich if he didn't wash his hands or wear gloves. She laughed and called the manager. The manager was in the restroom. Waited about 20 mins. She came out and said what combo do you want a refund on. Didn't ask what happened. So I explained. She laughed. The other cashier laughed and then involved another customer in it. Very unprofessional. Leaking roof. Floor soaking wet no sign and employees eating while working and making food.
