I had my sump pump go out on me right before they were closing, I was able to call them and give them the model I needed and they were nice enough to have it ready for me to buy and I was out of the door in just a couple minutes. Great team very helpful!

Would leave 5 stars except for the music. I come in here to buy stuff for intense projects and cannot think through the stuff I need because the music is so obnoxious.

Harbor Freight is not as inexpensive or as vast as it used to be. Which I personally find disappointing. They used to have tons of stock and mountains of cheap 'who cares if you break it' tools. They somehow have increased prices and simultaneously made the tools seem like they're higher quality without actually making them higher quality. Nowadays they're generally not much less expensive than the big box tool stores or online stores. However they are still generally just cheap enough or carry something just odd enough that it's still usually worth a trip there but I often find myself making the trip and leaving empty handed.
