Rooms are spacious and very clean. Cute check in space with a breakfast area. I had a view of the parking lot, not that I expected more, but it was the only thing that left me wanting more.

Horrible shuttle experience. Waited an hour past the time that was given to us and they told us to get an uber or walk to a different hotel for a shuttle. We walked and as soon as we got there, the shuttle arrive. Not on schedule. Good thing we allowed for plenty of time or else we would have missed our flights. Room was old but fine.

Hampton is our go-to hotel. We rented Friday night. The room was clean. The front desk agent was friendly. We were only there for less than 30 minutes. We had to go through the snow from Tahoe to get to Sfo. We didn't get breakfast bags to go. It was like 5am. The front desk did offer us chips and other food to go. We prefer breakfast to go since we have an early flight. I still would come back next time, but I am hoping we can take advantage of the free breakfast deals. We are HH-D members

Very close hotel to SFO. We had a flight that was delayed and missed the last shuttle in the morning. Apparently the shuttle doesn't run all day!! We had to watch an Uber to the airport. I booked hotel for shuttle service and couldn't even use it! Front desk didn't seem to really care or try to offer us anything for the inconvenience. Hotel is older and sheets weren't very clean. Shower was cold with no pressure. Also, the final bill amount was more than what I payed at booking.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to SFO and they had shuttle service. I often stay at Hampton Inn and have a good experience - this one was an exception. I did not know there was no shuttle service in the middle of the afternoon so I had to pay too much for a Lyft from SFO. They did have shuttle service in the morning so that part was fine. I attached a picture of their shuttle schedule. The worst part of my stay was when I arrived and pulled back the covering the sheet had a yellow stain - disgusting! I attached a picture. Fortunately they changed the sheets within 15 minutes, but it never should have happened in the first place. When they changed the sheets they asked if I wanted the pillowcases changed instead, do you think they had to actually ask that- of course I wanted the pillowcase changed! The stain was so obvious and large, that there’s no excuse for housekeeping to make that bed and not see that. I left early in the morning to get my flight, so I was not able to try their free breakfast. Next time I am in the San Francisco area, I will not stay at this hotel again.
