This hotel is great! We had room 201 with 2 queen beds, and it's huge and EXTREMELY CLEAN, not just the bedroom but everywhere is clean. Breakfast was good and fresh, and the service was amazing. Overall, it's a great place to stop for the night and relax after a long trip. 10/10 would recommend.
I would highly advise to seek another hotel, especially if you have children. This past weekend we checked in to a room that smelled like strong, undeniable mold. It shouldn’t have come as a surprise looking at past reviews, retrospectively, stating the exact same issue. Given this was the last room, they could not accommodate a switch and they would not refund us. The manager, Sonny, along with the Hilton corporation, had no sympathy to me being pregnant and this being hazardous to our health. Even if the room is “non refundable,” they should be willing and able to deliver a healthy, safe environment. If you do decide to book, it’s best it’s done over credit card so you can dispute if you run into a similar issue.
Overall we had a decent experience here. The room and hotel itself was nice! The room was clean, updated and a comfy bed. It did have the worst breakfast out of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip, but can't complain too much about free breakfast. The main complaint I had was the service over the phone. We were very tired and walked in to reserve a room. The front desk guy was very nice in person but we didn't get a receipt and I forgot to ask because we were in a rush (long line). I didn't realize till we got home that I still needed a receipt. I called kindly asking for my receipt to be emailed and the guy on the phone was EXTREMELY rude! He was almost to the point of cussing me out over asking for a receipt. I was shocked and didn't stand up for myself and he hung up on me. I called back 2 days later hoping to get a different person (I think I did) and I kindly asked for my receipt to be emailed. This guy reluctantly found my receipt asked for my email and then said, "Next time you better get your receipt in person so we don't have to go through this again!" and hung up on me. I was always overly kind on the phone (so I could ensure I get what I needed) and the people were so RUDE in return. Moral of the story, make sure you take care of everything at the hotel in person so you don't have to call back, because how dare you for calling them making them do their job. Lol
The hotel itself is fine. Rooms are very quiet and you don’t hear people slamming doors all night or people making a lot of noise. Biggest complaint was that the air unit in our room wasn’t functional. It was stuck blowing super cold air when it was already cold outside and nothing worked to try to get the interface to work. No issues otherwise.
We were visiting the area for our anniversary. We stayed in room 334. The room seemed clean as well as the hotel. Very large room with a very large love tub. The love tub was very deep and wide. The bed was horrible. Very horrible needs replaced. Breakfast here sucked. But it sure was a nice love tub.
