This was an excellent experience! What I appreciate most about this location was the friendly staff including the manager , the front desk and the custodians. During my stay I was always met with a smile and good customer service. Much of the staff went above and beyond on most days to ensure that our room was clean and we had all the extra toiletries we needed. Their staff was very engaging and you could tell they enjoyed people and it wasn’t just another job for them. As a husband and a father, felt that my families needs were met and there was a since of priority when we voiced that we had a need, big or small. Finally, the manager Mr. Bird was very generous and accommodating with rates and extending our stay until we were ready to leave. We have visited many hotels over the years but this one was one of the best !
We had an amazing stay! The beds were comfortable. And the breakfast was really good both days we stayed! Also, the pool us 24/7. No hot tub, but the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The receptionists were all kind and very helpful. We had a large group of wrestlers, but everything was amazing. We'll return for sure!
Great location! Lots of restaurants nearby, excellent Italian and Mexican restaurants and In and Out burger right across the street. The room was nice and newly renovated but the plumbing was slow and I had standing water in the shower due to slow drain. The AC must have been out as the halls were around 90 degrees and the poor front desk lady had a fan on her full blast but that wasn’t enough and she was often gone to go into a room with AC to cool off. This made checking in and checking out very difficult. There’s a very nice police station across the street and that gave me peace of mind for my car. I recommend this area as safe and convenient but maybe hotel will be best once renovations are complete. I stayed on 4th floor and it was newly renovated
Rooms were very clean. We got the suite it was perfect size for a family of 4. The I side pool was small but a lot of fun for the kids. Breakfast was underwhelming and the cereal had ants in it. The location is perfect there are lots of places to eat near it and shopping wad less then 10 minutes away.
AMAZING is all I can say!! This place was worth our money and time!!!! Due to my husband’s job, we just ended a little over a two month stay at this hotel as a family with little children and it was the best time EVER. The first day we arrived I was greeted cheerfully and warmly by Chasity. This front desk experience was consistent during our entire stay! Shout out to Gracie too! When does this ever happen?? I just knew that customer service was a lost art!! We were treated with kindness the entirety of our stay by Michael Bird. Over the twenty years that we have stayed in hotels, I have rarely if ever needed to talk to a manager. However, Mr. Bird surpassed my expectations!!! Not only is he very knowledgeable but he was quick to help us. His management style has to account for the warm greetings of everyone on staff. Want a CLEAN hotel?? Even the housekeeping crew was friendly and resolved simple request quickly! I have no complaints!!! The beds slept amazingly and our room was spacious. My four little people slept great EVERY night and they were excited about our time here. You know that meant rest time for me and hubby!! I am one of those people that eat ice on a regular, so I enjoyed the ice machine! It has those soft pebbles that are easy to chew instead of that big (and loud) machine with those hard square cubes. The breakfast was consistently good and it had enough variety that my children stayed happy! They also liked the complimentary ice pops Mr. Bird has for guests with children! I read numerous reviews before I booked online and I am grateful for the moms that reviewed this hotel! I checked it out for myself and what could have been a two month nightmare was instead two months of bliss! Excellent customer service made a difference!! There are numerous restaurants around, easy access to the highway, Quik Trip gas station across the street. Also in front of the hotel is a police department or division. This place was busy but calm and we felt safe at this location. While we’ve not stayed at any hotel nearly this long, I am so glad that this is where we spent our two months!! THANK YOU MR. MICHAEL BIRD for managing well.
