We enjoyed our stay very much! Shuttle service es quick and efficient. The front desk staff was ok, and the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly! Buffett breakfast was very good, but expensive since didn’t include all the meals offered, such pancakes, omelette, etc., only the basics. Room es very comfy and clean. Close to the metro, and 25 minutes ride away from downtown.
Did not pay for my stay, so I don't know if the price was worth it. However, rooms were clean, very friendly staff, great hotel gym (it has a dual stack cable machine) as well as leg, chest, and back machines. If you are into weight lifting, is not a planet fitness, but you can get a good workout out of their equipment. Breakfast is on the expensive side ($23 for pre-made food... it worth it) It is a 2 minute from metro station. It took me like 15 minutes from Airport to hotel using the metro.
My family and I had two one bedroom suites. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Hot breakfast was good, with options changing daily. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle service was on demand and very quick! Location is great if you're venturing into DC as it's only a couple blocks from the Crystal City metro stop on the blue line. Good affordable option for us!
The location of this hotel is great; it's a 2 block walk to the Crystal City metro station, which made this a great home base for getting into D.C. on the metro, and saved us a lot of money. This hotel seems very nice at first glance, but there are definitely some issues. Service is grumpy and nobody seemed to really want to be helpful. The breakfast area is much too small for the capacity of the hotel and needs to be cleaned after breakfast is over. Housekeeping only every 4 days is not sufficient. Rooms are lovely, but they are on the small side, and there needs to be more furniture, specifically more chairs to sit on and more places to set luggage. WORST water pressure I have ever experienced in any hotel bathroom shower ever. Quiet except to the hallway - doors let in too much noise and light. Hilton should be doing better.
Great, clean room! Front desk lady on July 25, 2024 could’ve been friendlier. Great walking distance to lots of food options and the metro!
