Front desk reception was good. Rooms on the other hand bad. I’ve stayed before at this location never had much to complain till the 3rd time. Got my 1st room and it had a really bad odor. Lucky I went to the front desk front desk lady switched my room which was really nice. When I got to my second room there was spider webs near the ac unit, there was still a bad odor not as bad as the 1st room. Coffee maker still had the old Carter-age from past guest. Bathtub had black stains, thank god I had flip flops. Bathtub surrounding are not wiped down, you can see the dust on the corners of it. The paper on the wall is practically falling down.
Reception people are not warm at all for checking in and out. Never asked how our stay was. The breakfast crew was hard working and super friendly. The room was nice but the beds were uncomfortable and the wall near the sink was covered with toothpaste splatters
I rate the room low because when I arrived I found small black hairs all over my bed sheets and pillows. The front desk told me the housekeeper was losing her hair and that the room was cleaned and they were clean sheets. She had to come and change my sheets and also had to do one prior to me as well from what she said. First of all from somebody not knowing what the issue was this was not a pleasant experience. Also the front desk should not be changing sheets as that is not their job. My coworker had toothpaste on her sink faucet in her room. Unfortunately I would probably stay somewhere else if I ever visit there again.
Super Staff with great willingness to help me. Mildly tired rooms. But good work surface, and quiet for the most part. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast
Good spot for airport but the room was disgusting. All of 4th floor smelled like wet dog and the room smells like dirty socks. Tub wasnt cleaned either. Stay at the courtyard its the same distance from the airport
