This place is "family". The entire staff are the most friendly people I have ever experienced at a hotel, regardless of price. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, their genuine friendliness, their desire to make everything perfect for their customers. My room was spotlessly clean, large desk ideal for one who travels with three laptops, copious amounts of towels. Will definitely stay here again as i move through BWI often. Shuttle service by Donna is excellent; with service to rail as well as BWI. Thank you all for making my two nights there so comfortable and pleasant.
Spent two nights here for work in June and couldn't have been more comfortable. The staff was helpful from check-in and throughout my stay with anything I needed. Rooms have a spacious bathroom and all the luxuries you could want - a refrigerator, coffee maker, desk, large TV, and more. The beds are comfortable, and the free breakfast is perfect if you're in the hurry in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!
One of the best Hampton Inn hotels I've ever visited. The staff went out of their way to make life easy. The breakfast choices were well thought out and the popcorn evenings were just what the doctor ordered. The renovations of the hotel are apparent. They have done a great job bringing it up to the standard of the Hilton line. It's a mile from the airport and seconds away from good food choices.
The front desk was very courteous and helpful. When there was a problem with our room when we checked in they immediately fixed if by moving us to what we needed. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. The complementary breakfast is good, with a wide variety of things to eat.
I wish I took pictures of the room. It was so beautiful. I forgot. I just wanted to enjoy every inch. Very clean. Large. No noise. We were close to the elevator. Front desk staff Was amazing. Quick check in. Bonus is check in at 3 VS 4. Check out 12 VS 11.I will most definitely book again.
