Nice comfortable hotel. Not luxurious, but very nice. Typical of most Hampton Inns. Zero to complain about. Staff was courteous, rooms were well kept and clean as was the rest of the hotel. Pool area was fantastic. The provided breakfast had a nice assortment of options, once again typical of Hampton Inn. Nice touch was a greeting caption on the TV set welcoming you to the hotel. Colonie Center Mall (only 3 miles away) and numerous eating options nearby with a smaller shopping plaza within a quarter mile. Really appreciated how quiet our room's AC was. Didn't sound like a 747taking off as is sometimes the case in other hotels we have stayed at recently. No need to turn the TV on full blast to hear it because of the AC. Highly recommended.
My sister and I have stayed here twice. We love this hotel. It's very clean, and the workers are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is good with a lot of choices. This particular Hampton offers more than the one we stayed at in Clifton Park. They accommodated our request to be located on the same floor and even put us in a room next to each other. They also have a nice sitting area outside with 2 gas grills for guests to utilize. There was a covered smoking area too. When you check in, you are given two bottles of water. Each room has a coffee maker even though coffee, tea and hot chocolate are offered all the time in the lobby. And their cookies are so yummy. When coming to the Albany area, we will always be staying here, and I totally recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone looking for a quality hotel.
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great AC. Breakfast had a wide variety of options for all kinds of diets. Every staff member was friendly and greeted us or wished us a good morning. Definitely would stay again.
Overall a great stay , only just to sleep but felt safe in the area! The rooms pretty clean , missing attention to detail on a few things! Breakfast was included and good! Friendly morning staff and kept the food area clean!
The room was clean, my housekeeper Kaitlyn did a great job. It didn’t smell cleaning perfume. Location is good. Quiet and good to walk around. Free breakfast was good.
