I love using grocery pick-up. It's an awesome service and I know how hard the shoppers work. Lately I've been having issues with some of my regularly purchased items being consistently out of stock for weeks and months on end. Also I do wish just a bit more attention would be given by the produce department managers though. In the last few weeks I can tell they've not been checking and removing items that are near or past their longevity. I have gotten moldy and slimy produce items more than once lately. It's too much of a hassle and expense to bring it back so I usually don't say anything. But having regular produce inspections and removing bad items would prevent the shoppers from packing them up and sending them home. Not to mention for people who are doing their own shopping wouldn't have to worry about accidentally picking up a bad package either. Just an observation that might help a little.

Almost every HEB always has just what I need and makes grocery shopping as pleasant as it can be. Not gonna lose a star because of it, but this one oddly didn't have thumb tacks. (I asked)

The actual store is limited, and overall selection is not great and not good. Mario, the manager, and his crew were the 🌟 🤩. It was the end of the night and the cashier (forgot her name!), the young gentleman who was the customer assistant and another younger girl with braces were so sweet and so helpful. They said they had a long day, but it didn't show. Usually, most of the employees there are sour, leaving you with a feeling of tension and the unexpected need to want to spit in the surrounding area. But, these humans were top-notch. 👌 HEBuddy approved.

What can I say? cashiers that aren't me, as well as a bagger. Obviously, prices are ridiculous at this point, but at least people have jobs, so there's that. I trust their store brand items moreso than those of their competitors. By far, my favorite aspect, is a matter of their ""value beef", which affords me the opportunity to eat steak on occasion. The fact of the matter is, a guy's got to eat, and I rank H.E.B #1 when it comes to manufacturing tomorrow's #2.

Did a curbside order. Had to wait in the parking space for a while before an employee brought the order to my car. She was friendly and professional. Thankfully, there are signs showing the area for curbside parking. The store stocks a decent amount of products, but not quite the variety of some other H-E-B locations. Overall, a positive experience.
