Had a fantastic lunch on our way through Alpine. The service was great and food was yummy. Definitely a wonderful experience. We can vouch for the artichoke dip, meatball sub, margarita pizza, and Caesar salad...all great!
Great little Italian place. I've posted the menu, because it is limited and appears to have changed since one was last posted. This quaint restaurant is a converted garage with unique atmosphere. The items they do offer are delicious and very tasty. The service was great even though they were short handed and trying to hire more wait staff. The waiters on duty were on time with everything and worked well as a team. What we ordered: 1. Large Pepperoni Pizza - the staple and easily compare able item. Ours was awesome, hand tossed, lots of Pepperoni and cheese. 2. Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with chips - this was probably the best tasting sandwich I've had in awhile. Just the right amount of heat with the right amount of tang. Big pieces of chicken in a Pizza crust folded over, great idea. 3. Hot Turkey and Mozzarella with tomato basil sauce and a side of chips. My wife loved it. It was tasty and had the same pizza crust folded over. 4. Shrimp Scampi - very tasty with plenty of shrimp and topped with a healthy heaping of shredded Mozzarella on top. There is plenty of sauce for dipping leftover, so be sure to order the bread sticks, which I did not.
The servers get 5 stars for personality. Great service. It is extremely busy here. I wasn't very hungry so I got a mini cheese pizza. Honestly, it tasted like a frozen pizza heated up in the microwave, I'd give it 2 stars. My husband got penne with marinara, cheese, and mushrooms, salad, and crostinis...he'd give his food 3 stars. They did charge me for a sprite I never was served, so I just drank water. They are removing it. They appear to be short of help like everywhere, so I'm grateful for the good personalities of the servers.
Where to begin...the server was very personable and attentive. There is a decent selection of bottled beers. We had the boneless wings to start with and they were really good. This was followed by the buffalo bleu cheese pizza and it was likewise very good
Absolutely delicious pizza. The crust is the perfect blend of thin and hand tossed. Veggies and meat are super fresh! Sauce is perfect. Not too tangy, not too sweet! Highly recommend.
