Check your bags inside 7-11 at Greyhound counter. Self load bags. Small & dirty outdoor bench waiting area. Bathrooms inside. No wifi inside "station". Still cheaper than flying from ABI-DFW.
Some of the drivers are nice and helpful, the company as a whole is run terribly and treat customers like cattle
A very ordinary bus station with an indeterminate customer seat formation and location
I use this particular bus at least once a month, so I'm very familiar & experienced with this temp bus stop. Lack of security cameras. Lack of semi-enclosures for customers in less than desirable weather conditions. Prices/trip fares are reasonable. This particular bus stop needs to be cleaned and/or sanitized on a regular basis. The last time (10/03/2022) I visited this stop there was thrash & left-over uneaten foods all over the benches & flooring/concrete. What I did like about this bus stop is that it's right off the major freeway making it easy accessible.
Delays are constant. Customer service needs addressing to coincide with customers. Bathrooms need cleaning... definitely. At this time, I would not be recommending Greyhound, as a means of traveling, to my family, friends, or the general public. Come on, Greyhound, please restore your past famous name in the industry.h
