My mx5000 has gotten where it won't raise a bale of hay but maybe 6" off the ground. I took it to kubota to ne fixed. I was told everything was to spec and they couldn't find anything wrong. So had them change the fluid. Picked it up. Got home and still the same. Called them back and they sent there tech out. I was working and my wife was there. She went out to watch the guy. Said he couldn't find anything wrong. When my wife told him it should pick a bale of hay up like it has always done. He told her may want to go up in tractor size. I have owned this tractor since 2007 and picked up 4x5 and 5x6 with it. He treated her like she didn't know what was going on. I got on it when I got home and still the same.called them and took it back. Now they said the pump is bad. I asked the sevice manager if this doesn't work what are we going to do. Told her I didn't want to just throw parts at it. She set there a minute and stuck her hand out, told me of it doesn't work it's on us. I said ok. Took it home. Still doesn't work. Took it back a 3rd timenecause ot still would lift hay. They said it lifted a load of dirt. Told them hay is heaver. So suppose to ne on them she ordered a valve that was $1000. Still didn't work but they charged me for it. So there word is not good. Along story short I took it there 3 times. They came to my house twice. It still doesn't work . Terrible service and wasn't truthful to there word about being on them. I will buy a different brand of tractor. Feel I was done wrong and this went on for a month.

I own Lake Family Tree Service LLC. This is the only place I go for equipment to buy saws etc. The people here are absolutely awesome. Love them all. When we first moved here to Oklahoma they treated us like we were here forever and did all they could to help us with getting new saws and equipment for our business. That's why we only buy from them

Great plains of Ada is top notch. I took my disc mower to them last year for some repairs and when I got it back it developed more issues so I took it back and they lent me a Vermeer trailer mower so that I could continue cutting and baling hay and I ended up using it all the way through the season. Had some more problems with it again at the first of the year so I ended buying a new one from them. Got a really awesome deal on it and a little later bought a new baler because my green one was just junk and loving the bale that my orange one is kicking out. Very consistent. The people in every department are very professional and polite. Joe in sales made sure I got a good deal ony equipment, Trish and her crew in service and the guys in part's are always very helpful and of course everybody there seems to love my three rotties

Theses guys are top notch Gary helped us pick out and order a bale prosseser he was extremely helpful and clear at explaning the options. We were really impressed with the service. Thanks from Mike and 3R ranch!
