Had a great short flight between Denver and pueblo! There were only 6 of us on the flight and we were all there early so the flight took off ahead of schedule so that was really nice! Will fly to with them again if doing from den to pueblo.
1.0 star rating 4/26/2017 So, my daughter gets to the Denver airport and the United Airlines gate agent directs her to the gate for her flight to Austin. She takes a shuttle to the new terminal and awaits the departure. When they call the departure she goes to board the plane and the gate agent tells her that she's at the wrong gate and directs her back to the original terminal. She rushes back, but misses her flight. There are no further flights tonight and so she has to take a flight tomorrow morning. I called United Airlines and was told to contact a supervisor at the airport to get her a hotel voucher. When my daughter talked to the supervisor she was treated unbelievably rudely and was told they wouldn't give her a voucher. I have never witnessed such disrespect and disdain for a customer in all my life. You'd think with all the negative publicity surrounding the doctor getting dragged from one of their flights that they would want to show that they actually do care for their customers, but apparently they DON'T. I hope anyone that reads this will make a point of avoiding United Airlines for their travel because they clearly could care less for their customers and as a frequently flyer on Alaskan and Delta I know that those airlines do. So, now my daughter gets to spend the night on the floor in the airport and God forbid something happen to her! This is crazy! I hope United Airlines is so proud of the way they treat their customers.
Flew in from Fargo, flight was an hour late because the fuel truck and de-icer were both late in Fargo. United can't put me on another flight until tomorrow because everything is "over-booked". Then they tell me they can't comp a hotel room because the late trucks are apparently a weather delay!
Booked a ticket for this airline, went through security, waited until the flight time, and then they informed us that the flight seating capacity was reduced by 37% and that we had to flight out the next evening. There was no effort made to put us on another flight and no compensation provided for the inconvenience. Do not fly with this airline.
Awful check in and boarding process, but my flight was on time and the great was awesome! Denver to Salina.
