There's also a boat launch area if you're into kayaking or boating. Parking can be a bit tricky on busy weekends, but it's worth the effort. This park is great for family and close view of planes flying over your head every minute.You can have great picnic with your loved ones.Great view of DC, water and planes.Softcones food trucks and if coming on sunday you will be lucky if you find a parking spot. Pulblic bathrooms are filthy dirty as lot of people visit here, I wish they had better service.Rest assured great spot to jog,bike or bring your dog.

Great place to walk, bike, outdoor picnic, date and so on. It gets crowded during the weekend evenings. Best to take your own picnic matts or chairs if you plan to stay longer.

Free parking. Plane watching. Ice cream trucks in the summer!! Great place to come and enjoy some outside time. You can bring food, chairs, games, etc..
