After pre-planning and two hours of attempted contact, They left this 74 year old handicapped veteran stranded last night. I will not used this veteran owned and operated business again. I had to leave one star in order to post this. I would give them no stars!
As a former driver for Grab A Cab for over a year (2023), there is something about them that you will appreciate. The dispatchers won't lie to you. If they're booked up for an hour and can't make it right away, they'll tell you that. None of this "be right there" garbage and then you're waiting for an hour wondering what's up. Integrity matters and they have it. If I decide to drive a cab again in the future, I won't hesitate to give Eric a call. If they don't answer the phone, they're probably overwhelmed with other customers. Call back.
Not very happy... was told wait to be an hour. 90 minutes later, no call no show. Had to arrange other ride. I can understand getting held up on another call. It would take 10 seconds to shoot me a text and say " I'm a little behind but haven't forgotten you". Not very professional in my opinion.
My work van broke down and I had kinds of samples and books that needed to go with me. When Jerry picked me up, he never hesitated to help me load them in the cab. Very good service and a nice guy.
Love this service, and my first ride was free because of the driver being just a bit late, but all around 10/10. edit: it has been 8 months since my review and I still only have good things to say, this is a fantastic and friendly company. The last few times I've called a man named Chad answered and gave me some fantastic customer service and great vibes.
