It's always clean when I go to the movies at Quality 16. They are generous with the popcorn refills. No matter what big blockbuster film has been released, logistically they plan for extra screen at times, and there's always plenty of convenient parking. A+

I was really satisfied. Everything was nice. Movie theaters are fresh and relax. Staff was great friendly helpful. Restrooms are clean.

Good location next to shops and restaurants, but hard to identify entrance from the road. Glad that ticket kiosks were added although their location is easily overlooked. The ticket prices are kind of high, style of seating is somewhat agreeable, but the theatre was not very clean, especially the floors.

I really love that movie theater but it is not the best movie experience. I would like the room to be a bit more comfortable, the screen more clean and the sounds to be not as strong as it is. You can often hear the movie that is played next door ... One day they were running the same movie next to each other with a delay... And I just kept on getting spoilers from the other room...
