Our server was great. She was very busy, but still managed to make sure we had everything we needed. However, we ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken breast must have come from a chicken on a diet, because it was the thinnest piece ever! For the price one would expect more. The hamburgers looked more appropriately proportioned #orderregrets

Bartender switched beers without telling me and the panini was cold. Just not enjoyable. It was quick.

Had a SERIOUS layover with the hubby and decided to catch a few drinks here in between. Writing this review just to shine on Erika one of the bartenders. Coming from fellow bartenders she made our entire day! Hope to see you again love.

I’m a doc and was traveling over weekend. I was waiting for my next flight to get home so I stopped by to order a beer. After 1 beer the manager asked the bartender to “politely” ask me to leave bc I wasn’t ordering food or enough drinks so they essentially were dismissive of me to make more $$$. VERY rude and worst service ever. Dr Morris

Goose Island is a tried and true Chicago brewery. Probably some of the best beer you can find in the airport. But the service is just awful, even for an airport restaurant. QR code menus. Mandatory ordering thru an app. I sat at a table, and the service at the bar counter looked much better.
