Stopped here with my wife for a quick sandwich during a brief layover. Very small place, as usual for a small airport restaurant. Food came out quickly. I had the turkey and cheddar; my wife had the pulled pork. We both really enjoyed our food - both were delicious. Recommended!

I ordered a large iced Cafe latte and chicken salad sandwich. My order number is #585 at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport. First, the cashier kept saying (not once) “press the tip button”. I don’t mind giving tip, I am actually very generous… but when your main job is preparing my order, and not even a sit down. Stop asking for tip! Second, my coffee is like water! Nasty! You charged me $.60 for almond milk, which I don’t even taste it. The coffee is below light coffee … the lady who ordered in front of me, threw her coffee away agreeing it’s nasty!!! And the barista, I think she hated her job!!! We have to wait in line to get creamer and sugar…. And you were asking for a tip??? My bill was $21.79.. and faaaaar from worth it!! My chicken salad sandwich was dry… ! I am not coming back!!!!!! Very disappointed! Deserves a minus 1 star!

I lower my expectations when getting food at an airport but today I received the saddest egg and cheese bagel sandwich I’ve ever seen. A thin pre-made egg and a slice of cheese that didn’t come close to covering the surface area of the bagel. The blueberry pastry tasted like refrigerator. The bagel itself was fine, so your best bet here is to get a bagel with cream cheese. Skip everything else.

No one in line. Cashier took coffee order then proceeded to play w register, the receipts and just seemingly day dreamed. Thought they were brewing new coffee as it was late afternoon. After 15 min, cashier finally looked up and I asked about my coffee. She had forgotten ! I said “that took forever” and she just smiled. No apology. Worst customer service I have seen in some time. Find another place at ALT airport ! Don’t bother to come here !

The Truth

Well, don’t expect much of anything here. The staff is rude and they just look at you. I ordered a bagel and I wasn’t satisfied at all. I didn’t know you could mess up a bagel order. Plain bagel?! Well…your experience may be different but mine warrants a no return visit. The customer service is lacking here big time. I haven’t tried anything other than a regular bagel here.
