We booked this room knowing that it had about a 2-star rating, so my expectations were not super high. The room was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The sheets on my bed were dirty and had coins and crumbs in them, the floors were disgusting, there were rogue hairs in the sink and shower, the walls and chairs were stained, and every surface was covered with debris. They were nice enough to change the sheets after we went to the front desk, but it was still pretty rough. I wouldn’t recommend it.
The rooms were pretty okay. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke a little. The chairs were rather dusty. But the bed and bathroom were neat and clean (aside from a couple of spiders in the bathroom), and that's what matters.
This is a horrible motel. We have been here 5 sleepless nights. The whole damn place will be empty yet they will stack the 3 paying customers next to each other...the walls are paper thin...you hear EVERYTHING. The bed is 20 years past being comfortable. The heater makes cracking and popping noises and keeps wakes you up with its horrible noise. We have had to ask for clean towels and wash cloths...our keys stopped working...and when I left my first review, the manager called at 10 PM at night incredulous that I left a horrible review! I really have nothing good to say about this place...nothing at all. Just a horrible experience.
The staff was exceptional, always willing to help with whatever I needed. The owner actually took the time to give me history on the town and places of interest to visit. The room was always clean and a very pleasant place to stay. I would recommend it to anybody. Thanks for a comfortable stay
Single handedly the worst motel stay we had in our life. Quite dirty. Hairs everywhere including inside the bed. Spiders behind the doors and everywhere around the furnitures. You can hear everything from the top floor if you are at ground level. Clerk is not nice, does his job but did not learned to smile. Clerk does not wear a mask even though it is written on his door to wear one. If you get the room for 50 cents then it might be a deal.
