Over the top service and cars !! Fant and his team including Jacob at the Wilson air center near the Charlotte Airport are awesome !! This is a high end rental car consear service. If you want a newer, clean, nice car, and are willing to pay a little more for quality and service this is the team you want taking care of you !! Like most things in life you get what you pay for.... Fant and the Go rental team will not disappoint !! Highly recommend 5 stars plus +++ !! Let them know Body Works Plus certified collision repair said they are the best !!

First time renting with Go Rentals in Charlotte and Ryan made sure I was taken care of. Got a great car which was super smooth for my drive! And the little things I find when I snoop through paperwork. Thank you so much!!!

Terrible! Gouge! I was told by the FBO my rental should only be $50 bc I live an hour away and blow a tire on my plane. I got the car back with only using it let this 8 hrs and found out they charged me $199 a day plus an up charge bc I used the night car. That’s nuts, go over to the main terminal you can beat their price. FBO has a bus to take you over. If you do get stung by these guys call customer service, they will fix it. The guys here behind the desk don’t care or don’t realize the issue at all. You don’t do this to GA aircraft we are not corporate guys.

Go rentals is a top tier rental company! The charlotte location is always friendly, available, and willing to work with those at the Wilson Air location. The cars are always immaculately clean and the go rentals team is always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this company to anyone flying in through private aviation!

I called in for information on a rental, I talked to Marissa Sydney and she was very rude to me, she needs to work on her people skills, I will not be using this rental agency again! So impatient and rude!
