In all honesty, I must say service was much better than the last time I went. A young man named Edwin was truly helpful when looking for a supplement in which I wished to purchase. Usually when I go to this GNC, I encounter individuals who work here and have no knowledge to provide to the customers who have questions when purchasing products. However Edwin is not only a patient and detail oriented young man, he has knowledge of what the store has to offer and is more than happy to aid customers when they walk into the store. He also does not try to over bombard customers with products the customer does not wish to purchase. To be frank, give Edwin a raise. He knows exactly how to run that establishment. It is well deserved and long overdue.

If I could give zero stars I would. Made an online order and calling to confirm and whoever answered the phone was very rude and hang up on me not once but twice. I haven’t shopped at GNC in awhile, I guess I will be going back to Amazon for future items. Shame on this store location. Teach your employees some phone manners. Thanks.

Every time I come to this store its an issue. There credit card machine never works and then they love to make it seem like its your fault for not carrying around cash. Then today, I wanted to just buy a damn drink and was told I could not because I did not want to give them my number to use a GNC Rewards account. Feel bad for the one younger guy who works there as he is cool and not a jerk like the two older gentlemen.

PLEASE update your store hours on Google and window display!! I commuted 20 mins to the store for urgent pickup order. I arrived at 8:20 but the door was locked. Google mentioned 9:30 as closing hours and your store window mentioned 8:30. I knocked but staff refused to open....😕.
